Mindfulness and movement classes (by Izabella Jónás) (14-January-2023)


The third line of my classes is designed so that you learn to calm your mind and manage stress better. Through meditation and gentle body movements we will connect our minds with our bodies and find tranquility. Also, we learn to be more present: we learn not to get lost in thoughts and emotions but always return to the experience of our bodies. Through listening to the body and gentle movements, we learn to release excess tensions and gently open up the breath.


We awaken the presence of our bodies.


Recommended to people: who get anxious in certain situations, who want to learn to control their mind so as not to get lost in thoughts and emotions, and those who want to be more present.
